In the workmosphere over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading community development projects, designing, implementing & evaluating impact initiatives, & advising or managing human rights and locally driven programs, across 40+ countries.

Whether it be with remote communities across the pond, community arts projects in my hometown or within an international NGO working group, I feel incredibly lucky to have worked alongside remarkable people of all ages & abilities. These people have influenced, changed, inspired and made me.

Throughout my career I have worked across government, philanthropy, grassroots organisations, and film/media—bringing a participatory, culturally grounded, and strengths-based approach to every project I work on. Today, I am passionate about enabling story first approaches to evidence building, participant led strategy with soul - always encouraging and skilling teams up to drive meaningful change to those that matter most.

I believe across the workmosphere and in life in general, we need to enact collective and self-expressive creativity for the sake of our sanity, communities and the future of our planet. I would love to connect with any individual, group or organisation who believes the same.
